A Historical Marker was placed at the foot bridge crossing. it was dedicated in a Native American Indian Ceremony in Bridgeport, AL.

The money was raised by teachers and students working at the T.O.T.booth in Waterloo for the T.O.T. event and the pow wow. The money will be used to buy supplies for Waterloo school students and faculty for class room work.

On March 12, 2014, the ATTOTCAI Officers and Board of Directors were invited to the State Capitol Building in Montgomery to meet and receive a Proclamation from Governor Robert Bentley. The Governor was also presented with the Official 2014 Trail of Tears Commemorative Motorcycle Ride T-Shirt. The ATTOTCAI appreciates the support of Governor Bentley, the Alabama Indian Affairs Commission, Bridgeport, Huntsville, Waterloo, and the many participants.
